Down 5.4 pounds for the week and in 4 weeks over 28 pounds. Good start to a long process. This is more than diet and exercise, it is a lifestyle change.
291.6 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 91.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
