I had been doing Atkins since January and lost 6 pounds, but it took almost 2 months. And at 134, I looked flabbier than at 137 last year while doing BFL (and I have the pictures to prove it). My weight was stuck at 134. As soon as I started lifting weights again (in addition to the cardio I was already doing), it shot up a few pounds. I think I don't eat enough on Atkins, so my body goes into starvation mode and stores fat. And that's not to knock the diet, if you eat enough non-carbs, it does work, I just can't seem to follow it without fasting. Essentially, after awhile on Atkins, I would rather not eat at all than eat the foods I have to choose from, lol. BFL, on the other hand, does work for me, always has. I have no idea why I didn't do it to begin with this year. Time to lean out. And have the energy to do it. Now, if I can just remember to ignore the number on the scale...
139.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
