Has been a bad last few days been on the go all day yesterday have not learned how to eat on the go

i think preperation is the key. we grab what ever is easiest.i find that when i am in a rush i will eat what ever is made. and if there is some healthy food already made i will choose that over chips:) we always have the next moment to improve.
