My kids and I have been sick for almost a week and we are starting to feel better and I am ready to get back to working out and eating right, unfortunately, I lack motivation. I can’t even get up in the morning and workout like I use to, my lunch time workout is easy because I am already at work and it’s just my normal routine, since last February I have done my lunch time workout Monday-Friday. I haven’t worked out in the morning since maybe August and I really need to get back to waking up that hour earlier and working out. What motivates everyone to get up in the morning and do their workout?
