Here we go again gained that 20 lbs over winter again so disappointed I could blame it on a million things like stress money owning your own business BUT IT COMES DOWN AGAIN THAT I FAILED MYSELF!! Today is a new day and alls i can do is try I did it before I can do it again!!! Started on treadmill today going to go thru the whole house and desugar cupboards. I live in the country so that helps just cant go "GET THE BAD STUFF"
195.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

you know how you feel I am the same - own 3 businesses - hubby always away so I feel like a single parent to 3 kids - there alway seems to be something to stress over or take my attention away but really I just get overwhelmed and allow it all to take over - so I decided it cant be like that anymore - I love this site - I feel accountable cause everyone can see everything I do - no more crap - I have to look after me or there will be no me left - you can do it

Alright!! Let's do this!! I just started my ACE a few weeks ago and I feel so motivated! It really does help me with my appetite and sugar cravings. That is where I struggle the most.

Don't beat yourself up over it. It happens, just get back on the horse and eat clean. Eating poorly won't be as desirable when you're eating clean, however it's normal to slip up from time to time we all do it we are human. Hang in there it will get better! :)

I was right there with you last summer. I had lost 30 lbs and then over the year, gained 25 back. I started my back going to the gym and watching my diet and lost 32 but I've plateaued after hitting my goal of under 200 by Christmas. Now I teeter 200/203. I need to get back in the swing of things so I can lose 20/30 more. Whatever gets me into a comfortable size 12.
