Oops! Up a whole pound. Not sure why that would be - except just natural fluctuation. My weight just seems to do that sort of thing - will bounce a little and then drop. I hope that is the case.
177.6 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 47.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, it's normal to fluctuate. If you had too much sodium yesterday, medications, hormones, lack of sleep, stress, etc. can all affect the scale.
