Tuesday - Pilates 6-6:45 pm
Wednesday - 5AM Active Trax Strength Training 5-6 pm
Thursday - 6pm Zumba or Vinyasa Yoga 6pm South Loop (11th & State)
Friday - 5AM Active Trax
Saturday Mornng - 9:45 am Fit Kick
Sunday (bi-monthly)- Hot Yoga (Clinton/Madison location
148.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
