Weight still going down. Trying not to emo eat...my darling angel dog, Dink, has bone cancer, and it's become too painful for him. We're talking him to the vet's tomorrow to take the pain away for good. Spending the days crying my eyes out. He's just turned 8, too young for something like this to happen. But we love him too much to watch him suffer like this.

Hope everyone is having a way better week than we are. Best wishes to one and all.

173.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb. Still to go: 18.8 lb. Diet followed 100%.
