Hi BG! Congrats to you on your restraint with the Korean dish! I usually struggle with portion control in restaurants so I will keep that in mind :-) If you are keeping up with your activity, and watching what you eat your losses are going to follow, guaranteed! Try not to get discouraged with daily fluctuations. It's important to remember that when we work out our muscles retain a lot of extra fluid while they heal and grow. I always weigh more after a workout day, so I try to do my weigh ins the day after an 'off' day, first thing in the morning. If I weigh myself more than once a week I take what the scale says with a grain of salt. I hope you have a wonderful day!!

It will start coming off again. Just keep going and try not to let the fluctuations get to you. I noticed I retain a lot of water when I start an exercise program or I ramp one up.

Does the restaurant put anything on the chicken and beef? Do you know how many calories are in the whole dish or the amounts of all the ingredients so you can analyze it?

Water weight shifts for many reasons. Take out can have a lot of sodium, which can cause some people to retain water. Exercise can cause muscles to retain water. That's why many people weigh once a week because the water weight fluctuations affect them emotionally. It can go down after a work out from dehydration. Just keep going and it usually works itself out.

Good job and that small step is something to be proud of. Seems like we are about the same weight with similar issues. I'll watch your progress and maybe we can encourage each other!
