Worked out 3 hrs today. biked 1 hour, cross trained 2 hrs. Had McDonald's egg white delight meal with large diet coke. Will be walking 30 mins for lunch.
287.0 lb Lost so far: 73.0 lb.    Still to go: 117.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week


Comments 
Soda is loaded with Phosphoric Acid which is recognized as Phosphorus in the body. Therefore, it eats up Calcium in your hair, nails, teeth, and bones! Try to get off it if possible.

your muscles will retain fluid to help them heal. 3 hours a day is a lot. Maybe give yourself a walking recovery day? congrats on your intensity and committment!
