Been doing some research on this whole "weight gain after long run" and it turns out, this happens to a lot of people! It has been frustrating me for weeks to see the scale go up after I run 10-15 miles, but others have said it is simply water weight and muscle inflammation. Definitely makes sense. I will weigh in tomorrow and Tuesday for my true weight loss this week. Man these last 5-10 lbs are SO hard, but I know once I get them off my body will feel "comfortable" at that weight, like it thinks it feels comfortable now. Pressing onward!
131.2 lb Lost so far: 27.7 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
