I am doing the lemonade diet. Its in the pamphlet "The Master Cleanser" by Stanley Burroughs. I started on March 5 @ 179.2 lb. As of this morning I was down to 175.8 (March 8)

I know how hard the diet/cleanse can be. Therefore good luck, stay focused and know your limit; so don't push your body then what needs to be.
