Enjoyed my splurge of yesterday with ribs and cheesecake as my tasty meal out treat - very yummy although terrribly sinful - I will use the memory to help with all the pudding cravings of the week to come - rather troubling discovery though - appletizer which has been my diety drink of choice is actually way more calorific than I had realised - what I read to be 56 calories per can was in fact per 100ml of which a can has 300 - woops - so I will be drinking far less of the stuff in the future! still I had been losing weight even so so this should really help with that -feeling slightly foolish - I have also been taking advantage of the sunshiny weather to exercise more :) feeling pretty positive
