So, I guess I had lied on my initial entry and was 191 lbs. So, 4 lbs lost in a few days over low carb. Once I get to an ideal (cut) weight, I'll start the heavy lifting again to push back up with lean bulk.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
