Started Crossfit. Day 3 today. Ate nothing past lunch yesterday. (1300 cals).
Keeping up the diet along with the new exercise will be interesting. I felt massive cravings for something last night, had some nuts, juice, small square of Chocolate and was good. Nice fast from 8 - 5 AM.
Going to try the approach of Exercise then food. Heard it's much better for weight loss.
