I am soooo thankful!! I have read "FatFast" by Dana Carpender and decided to try it out for a couple of days...well it finally made the scale move in the right direction!!!!!! It's not hard to do this FatFast, especially if your weight is stuck..Another good thing is I am not hungry!!!!! Have a wonderful day all of you and may God give you many reasons to smile!! Sharon
