I haven't weighed myself in over a month now because the scale WILL NOT BUDGE. I am doing everything right, i have no idea what my body is doing. Just to vent a littleā¦
Yesterday was my long run day. I ran 15 MILES. Ate modestly, about 500 calories more than normal, so the total for the day was 2000 calories. Why in the world did I gain 2 pounds?
A person should be able to run 15 miles and get rewarded for it. This is insanity. It's like my body is so opposed to weight loss that it gains in defense. Does anyone else have these kind of problems? I am so beyond frustrated.
I really hope this gets better. I really want to just hit my goal. ahhhhhhhhh
