I feel great! I think I may have went a little overboard with the diet cokes, and sugar free candies this weekend. The York peppermint patties in sugar free are really good. Then Tuesday I stoped by a snow cone stand and got a sugar free blue hawiian (spelling?) with cream. It was very good, but I felt like such a cheater. I know there are no carbs in the blue coconut, and not many in the cream but I still felt like I was spoiling myself. I am still losing weight and still in ketosis so I guess the sugar free candies didnt hurt me too bad. I am so close to my 30 pound goal! I may even reach it in the morning. 1/2 a pound away! So far my boobs havent gotten smaller! Ha Ha! I am so afraid of having saggy skin and tiny boobs once I get skinny!!! Oh well I never wanted to be a super model, I just want to look great in my clothes and be able to run and play with my kids!

I wish we had sugar free peppermint patties in this country! Keep up the good work. I'm going to weigh myself tomorrow, i'm very scared! I'll let you know how i do :)

Good on you for almost getting to your goal weight I know you'll get there. I cant wait to be that close to MY goal weight

Oh - I am not close to my goal weight at all. I set small goals as I go 25 then 30 .....50 will be my next huge milestone but my ultimate goal is to be 150 lbs. I was originally 119 pounds away from it, but now I am 90 pounds from it. 119 was such a huge goal that I break it into small goals

Breaking it up into to mini goals sounds like a great idea! I would like to lose 70lbs. Doing it 20 or 30 lbs at a time makes it seem more reachable! Thanks! Great going!
