Again I have no idea how much I weigh as I no longer do this. Measurements are:
Chest: 83cms
Waist: 73.5cms
Hips: 79cms
Have a headache today, but I am detoxing so understandable. Fasting atm but will break that at 12pm with lunch and a protein rich meal.
