Good morning! Yes, I had to update my weight due to a half pound, 200.5 looks so much better than 201 lol. I'm getting there!!

Did not get to my kettle bells yesterday, but I can 'math' like a mother bleep! Being my weakest subject, is where I'm focusing the majority of my studies. Thanks to my fancy pants armband I'm learning that I burn on average around 2300 cal/day on non-workout days, and closer to 3000 on workout days, so I adjusted my intake accordingly.

Today will not be a gym day, as I am accompanying my sister to another appt. in Akron this morning, then working afterwards through the evening. I will find a way to make up for it. Unfortunately I'm going to have to cut this a little short this morning as I have places to go and people to see. Hope you all have a wonderful day!!
200.5 lb Lost so far: 85.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am so incredibly proud of you! You are almost at that mystical magical place of onederland. I wish I was as far along in the journey. You are the example that I need that you can get there. I am just taking a little siesta while we get this heart issue taken care of with my hubby. Then I plan on kicking it down and going like a house on fire.

You're so close to onederland! I hope the appointment goes well! Some things are more important than a workout, and being there for your sister is definitely one of those things. I'm sure you'll make up for it though.

Now again, I'm wondering about the fancy pants arm band. I'd looked at it, felt like it was a 'leash' but now the info seems it could be helpful... back to amazon. Have a great day!

Which band did you get? I got a fit bit last year for my birthday and liked it but it did not give me all that much information... i'd like to know how many calories I actually burn or close to it.... in a day not just the ones from walking.

Thank you everyone for the kind words and encouragement!! Alex, I have the bodymedia fit armband and I love it. It tracks my total calorie burn, how many minutes of mederate/vigorous activity, steps and my sleep. Ive had it almost two weeks and it seems to be pretty stinkin accurate. Ive discovered that FS is definitely over on the calorie burn estimates for me.
