Feeling like I am more back on track. I've been enjoying using my treadmill much more now that we got a TV to watch downstairs. It's so much better watching Oprah or whatever while exercising than looking at a cement wall! I've been alternating level 10 inclines at 3.8 or so and then with a fast pace walk mainly lately with just a sprinkle of running thrown in. I'm also somewhat recording WW points again to keep me on track. I've not done that everyday but being much more conscience of the calories going in.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week

Glad to hear you are back on track and seems like it was simple to do for you. I've always wondered how neat it'd be to have a tread at home and a good show to watch, SCORE! someday, someday...
