Had the free session that comes with joining LA Fitness today, apparently I don't even have abs. I abs not. Couldn't even do one sit up. Trying took more out of me than the 20 minutes of running she put me through. I know what I really need to work on now. Don't want to fail the physical fitness test and fail Basics.
