WOW! Looks like I have to stay away from those raisins! I'll have small quantities (definitely no more than 1/4 cup) at a time until they are gone.
But wait, are they really that bad, or do there numbers appear bad? They are filled with carbs, but they are not processed carbs, they are natural carbs, right? They also have a lot of calories, but I wouldn't call them "bad" calories. What do they offer though?
