I've eaten too much since Friday, out with a friend on Valentine's day and 2 potlucks, what a glutton. Went to the gym today and am so out of shape since I haven't done to much in the way of exercising since October. Tomorrow when I take my son to the gym I will either do the elliptical, treadmill or bike and try the yoga class in the evening. Not sure about yoga(it was suggested to me by an instructor at the gym) I'm more of the Zumba, kick boxing or tai chi type.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.2 lb a week

Try it you may like it-I would start with a beginner class as some of the poses can be challenging.

Hi lmgis because I have seizure disorder my instructor suggested the beginner yoga, elliptical, treadmill and spin class. She wants me start easy on everything and then I have a meeting with her next week to see how things are going. I also wanted to be in the back of the room for the yoga, less embarrassing if people can't see you. I forgot that I had a diabetes class today at the same time my son needed to be at the gym. After my class I picked up my son to take him home and by the time I got back to town the yoga class had started. I didn't really want to go to my first class late so I will go next week. On the bright side I bought some stretchy exercise type pants to wear while working out so I won't have to wear jeans. :) My son and I are planning to go to the gym in the morning
