Joined a new gym that monitors & manages your gym/weight goals! No more attempts at attempting I've always known I need supervision & now I went out & got it.

Today is Day 1 of the 7 DAY DETOX - so far so good. My only goal is to get the next meal right - hopefully small targets will help me reach my major goal.

12kgs in 12 weeks! Le'go!
