Messed up yesterday! It was valentines day. We had a banquet and I thought I was going to do reasonably well. My downfall was the rolls, it has been so long since I've had a roll and real butter I just lost all self control. Well today is another day and I'll try to keep plugging away again. With the Lord's help I WILL MAKE IT!!!

PS - I'm on Weight Watchers too :) have been since May 2013, I messed up entering my weight loss on here as "my own diet" but it's been WW all the way.
