Reminded again how out of shape I am! Just did the Biggest Loser game on Kinect. Lasted 13 minutes. Started to hurt to breathe, so I thought I better stop. I am not completely over this cold, I am thinking thats to blame. That and the asthma. Ill do longer next time!
Now off to test the willpower again. Meeting some friends for dinner/drinks for a birthday celebration. Its time to learn to be social without going overboard.

At least yours is working. I bought the Zumba Wii and I have no sound so I have not incorporated exercise yet. As far as going out with your friends, hopefully you have planned ahead as to what you are going to eat and then try to participate more in the social aspect of the evening. Whatever happens have a great time.
