Damn. So I have gained 3 lbs since my last weight in. I eat when I am bored or when food is around rarely am I ever actually hungry. Sometimes I have no appetite at all but yet I still eat. I always eat healthy food just a lot of it! I am going to try to limit the bread/simple sugar/carb-age. I don't eat red meat or pork and generally a lot of veggies.
So here we go...1200 cals a day, workout 4 days a week.
