This is depressing and I am losing my motivation. I exercised for 3 hours today. Half in the AM half in the PM. But I can't seem to lose any weight. I think 1800 cal is too much and I should have stayed with the 1500 limit. IDK what to do. I'll just go to bed...

Hey there Candace, will i"ve been doing alot of reading on calorie consumption, and I read for weight loss you should try to stay around 1200 calories a day. And wow you are doing great on your workouts, dont get discouraged, just try to modify your diet alittle more. and also try to lower your carb intake, hope this helps.....tomorrows a new day :)
