So Salad as a lunch really doesn't satisfy me until dinner. Though the gingerbread latte didn't help I suspect.
Hopefully the carrots (and the houmous) will give me a tad more time.

I guess it depends on what you put on your salad. If it's just lettuce, I can't see that filling anyone. Now if it had some meat and nuts thrown in that might help satiate the hunger.
