As always I have a harebrained idea that I might just stick with it this time and actually follow a new "diet".
Trying to incorporate more blended smoothies to boost my vitamin & mineral intake. Also jumping on board the "I'm not wanting to be part of your trial and error experimentation / No GMO/ Organic" train and trying to stick with it. Well when I can... the family thinks I'm a cooc.
