It is week 1 of the community weight loss challenge. I am planning on loosing at least 43 pounds in the next 90 days. I am working out 6 days per week. A lot of cardio and some weight training.
So far so good. I started on 1/8/11. I have been doing well with the diet aspect. I have been hungry, but not too bad. I am trying to get 200 grams of protein daily. That has not been easy.
