Well, it is Super Bowl Sunday! We do not watch the game, but I do use the day to cook snacky foods instead of meals. Still searching as we speak for more food to fix. So far I am going to make sausage and cheese dip, cheese crackers, pulled pork roast with homemade BBQ sauce, sausage balls, mini hot dogs with mustard dip, and bacon wrapped stuffed jalapenos. All of it low carb and stuff I can eat without worrying about ruining my diet. Of course everyone else will have potato chips or tortilla chips, I will have pork rinds and the cheese crackers. I think it will be a good day!
