Got up to 209 over the holidays. Just now starting to come back down...

Breakfast - cereal with milk

Tea - milk and sugar

snacks, fruits or veggies

Lunch ---Sandwhich

Tea - milk and sugar

Snacks fruit and veggies

4PM - two slices of cheese

Dinner - what we would normally have

Drinks --- water
No snacking after supper

Walking one dog each night for 15minutes.
204.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.3 lb a week
