I have been working out so I think I'm gaining muscle mass. I try not to look at the scale but the way
weight fluctuations bother me. I've been eating more fruits and walking more so hopefully that will help
135.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
