Wow, it has been over 5 years since I had this weight! I m so happy it is going on slow but firm, I even did not feel as I have been loosing weight :). It seems that it you listen to your body you can manage all. For instance all the time I was feeling a bit hungry and it was indication that I am on the right track, and the scale is moving down and I didn't push the limits. Although I am avoiding sugars and bread, once a week I allow my self one or two real meals including even desert - and feel a bit guilty:)afterwards.
I still have a lot to go, but I am keeping a good thought since my weight can influence my life - I am diabetic who avoided too long to admit that has a problem.
