Well after many weeks, I am almost at my 130km a week, if I wasn't so lazy yesterday I would have made it but I ended up doing housework in stead. Oh well, maybe this week for sure as its a long weekend here so and I will be officially going to the gym with my personal trainer now 2 times considering I have to ride to get there and back I should get there without a doubt. Below are my results, good to see some green (If you haven't noticed, I the amount in green if its an improvement from last week)
