A little confused. I gained weight. I used to eat HORRIBLY, and now I've been watching what I eat...of course I have slip ups, but I've been going to the gym almost every day (at least 5 times a week). Running for at least 15 minutes then doing some weight training etc.

Why am I GAINING weight?

From looking at a few days of your food consumption, i would say #1 you are not eating enough! yes , you have to eat more but more of good nutritious vegetables and proteins. #2 I would cut down or eliminate the processed foods, they have no nutritional value and usually contain too many hidden sugars and chemicals. are you posting your exercise in the site too to see if calories in vs calories burned is at a deficit? best of luck to you, one day at a time.

Mummydee is right on. It is not how much you eat so much as what you eat. Some folks have problems with certain foods. You might try eliminating wheat for a few weeks to see if it makes a difference. That helped me. Apparently, I am one of those who can't tolerate the modern grass product they call wheat nowadays. I've stayed off wheat totally for a year and lost 80 lbs of fat and have kept it off. I feel much better now that I quit, so I'm not going back.

maybe its water weight. I had the same problem last week and I got so frustrated that I went to my doctor. I was actually having water retention due to excessive salt in the diet and i wasn't even knowing it . Do check your body composition and fat percentage

Thanks for your input! It makes me feel much better with everyone's ideas and support. I'm going to try all things! It could be water weight because I notice high sodium in my diet syndromes . I've been trying to cool it a bit with carbs and increase the protein in my diet. Just trying to figure out what works for me!
