Yay! down 2 lbs this week, despite the fact I felt like I ate like crazy and mostly stuff that is totally unhealthy for me. I keep thinking, at least I controlled portions (except for the beer-it was a rough week) and I did go to the gym like 5 days this past week. All I can do is work on doing better this week, right? The past is behind me (or on my behind, or something like that). I think I will mix it up today and make some oatmeal for breakfast....hmmmm
