Woohoo! I just carried around a baggie of veggies this week, and focused on that rether than my usual junk and I'm dow 2.5 lbs!! I love it. Wasnt hard, I'm eating my favorites, jicama and bell peppers. YAY me!
168.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week

Nice!! I've been starting every day with a smoothie from greens, vegs and fruits; sometimes added seeds or nuts. it's like having a milkshake salad. Vegs make an awesome snack
