OUCH! This weekend did me in.....bad bad me....oh well..back to the starting board!
210.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Weekends are different. We are accustomed to celebrate on the weekends, so we might mess up. We might change our food or not get our exercise because of other plans. Just keep trying. We will get to our goal.
