Drink a lot of water and flush it off. It will be gone before you know it, plus some. You've got this.

Wayyyy too much Italian bread and meat sauce for me. I need to feed myself before doing food prep for the week, and also make my husband hide the bread. I buy it for him and end up eating half the loaf myself!

Hello! I just thought I'd share a bit of wisdom that I've learned while I've been working out and eating right. I've found that if you indulge a little bit every few days, it actually helps to break plateaus! Eating more every now and again tricks your body into thinking that it's burning your metabolism at a higher rate, so your metabolism doesn't slow down. Also, indulging keeps your spirits up, because you get to enjoy the food that you really love! Yum!
However, your weight might go up for about a day after indulging, but then it should come back down quickly :) However, it's important that you indulge smart! Make sure if you eat a meal that is entirely junk, that you eat pretty well for the rest of the day. Also, make sure you're being active and are pushing yourself physically! And, most importantly, don't lament on slip ups! Use them as a bit of a reward for your hard work, but make sure you just keep it from going too far! Have a great and healthy day!

oh yeah add me to the screwed up weekend list. I am downing water, green tea and eating mostly veggies today. Pretty clean eating today to compensate for the damage that was done. Good luck and get back on track.

I was bad friday on my day off. Saturday I was good, at work. Although off Sunday, I was good. I spent alot of time in kitchen cooking up low cal meals for the upcoming week to take to work.

It's going to happen here and there. Don't worry about it. Like you said, pick yourself back up, don't look backwards and go from here. Look foward. You'll do it!

I always tell myself I've had a hard week so I really "need" some comfort food. What a lie! I did the same thing you did. I was so frustrated with myself that I hid from the scales until today. How silly! I like your spirit. Let's tackle this again!

So nice to have so much support and sooooo many people understanding my plight. I didn't let it get me down...however, I have to admit, as I suffer from hormone fluctuations-my mood has been in the dumps. This is a direct result from thyroid cancer effect. I wont get into it but lets just say sometimes it takes a bit more for me to get back in the game. Regardless..IM BACK and Im not going to beat myself up! Im getting my buns on the treadmill. Also---want to start my LES MILLS PUMP program again next week..>Anyone tried this before?

Ok ..I,m back from my Hawaiian Cruise with Princess Cruises.....omg !!!
I managed to loose 1lb since Feb.14th. They tell me at the rate I,m going it will take me another 24 months to reach my goal.........It is coming off sloooowly.. ( I blame my metabolism)....still very painful..and I crave all my old comfort foods.
BUT I am still determined to to do this ,albeit sloooooowly. :)
