Today is the start of my weight loss journey. I intend to cut back on my portion sizes and be more intense with my exercise regime. I have at least 15 pounds to lose and it will be quite a challenge. I am nearing middle age and I have learned that my health depends on me being the healthiest I have been in my life. Today is the first day of my life! Embrace it and succeed!
