One week on 1200-1400 calorie range. Wasnt so bad to manage. Main task is to sustain the food and start working out. atleast 45-60 mins each day. Even if weight loss doesnt happen at a great pace, im happy i'm adapting a good lifestyle. No more binging on food, and erratic food and sleep habits. Want to make this a lifestyle for ever!

Well done you for approaching your weight loss with a genuinely sensible long-term plan and such a positive attitude. As you've noted, good sleep habits are essential.
