I don't think I ate enough yesterday. Went to be hungry b/c it was late and I was too tired to figure something safe to eat...no weight loss to report today, but I shouldn't expect to lose every day. Might have some free time this afternoon to get a little exercise, it may only be 10 minutes, but it's better than nothing. My endurance is so low, not sure I could do more than that right now anyway. I should probably have a meal plan so that I can know ahead of time what I am doing...used to do that all the time. I'll get that started today. Small goals to reach a big prize.
