Well attended Yoga last night and wasnt sure what to expect but found it a bit meh! Im going to go back a few times to see how I really feel about it. First run of this week 4.66km in 31mins 346kcals burned, not a bad start to the week :-)

I was the same when I first started yoga but if you are stressed out at all it will help with that. It helped with stress, anxiety and depression for me:)

Since not eating is my issue I didn't gain anything over the holidays. I got a cold 2 days after Thanksgiving, started to feel better a week before Christmas and got sick 4 days later. I only have one antibiotic left for tomorrow and the doctor said it will keep working even after I run out. Not feeling better yet. When does it end? I really need to gain some weight before Thur. I go back to the doc. then and I was hoping to see progress. I would like to gain 10 or 15lbs by March for my birthday. Wish me luck.

This may sound weird but start adding more natural fat to your diet. Have you ever heard of the paleo diet? It has helped a lot of people with autoimmune diseases and food intolerances. if you are having health problems it might help. Google it and have a look:)
