That's the juicer I got! We watched "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" yesterday. If anyone here has a large amount of weight to lose I would strongly suggest watching this. Great documentary! I love my new juicer but my only complaint is I miss out on the fiber. My plan is to do a mean green juice once a day and use the pulp for something else :)

Doctor Oz has several juice recipes (especially some of the DeTox ones) that you MAY like... I enjoy the ones which included more fruit, but the vegetable based ones I eventually could no longer handle (just taste/texture-wise) by the middle of the program which is only about a week long (max). You may like them though : Be hungry when you make one, because they need to be consumed without sitting too long before the texture becomes unappetizing (at least some of them do). You WILL find they are incredibly filling meaning you may only be able to drink a few per day (and this is virtually very few calories). Kale is an excellent source of all kinds of nutrients and holds up fairly well in the refrigerator, so you don't have to hit the grocery store every few days to stock up on juicing items. I've found that mixing it with something sweeter like apples and pears, usually makes it taste a little better. I personally try to stay away from the fruits higher in sugar and try to add ginger root as it boost your metabolism. Watch out though, the ginger can be strong if you put in too much, a small amount will do! Good luck!!

@Stukas, I haven't tried it, but seems to offer a free trial where you see Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead (assuming you haven't trialed it previously)

Thanks so much! I have learned a lot in just a day by your comments and Google. I LOVE this thing! I have to get the calories thing down though. As a diabetic I can tell you the nutritional info is so inaccurate. I made a mean green juice today and it said it had like 90 g of carbs....NOT true! I only took 2 units of insulin for it, which means 24 g of carbs. That movie is free on HULU yes, but I think you have to sign up.
