I haven't exercised in a week...sick, working overtime, dealing with Damien stuff. Been good with food. No weight gain, no loss. Scale is still stuck, but at least it's not going up. And my clothes fit great, most of them anyway. The Jillian videos are making a difference. I will look great by summer!
165.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
