Good Morning!!
I pray everyone is having a great week!!
It just dawned on me that it is very possible to hit my 50 pounds lost goal before the year ends!!!
Only 4 more pounds to go!! I CAN DO THIS!! 50 Pounds in 6 months?? And, better health (more energy, no more migraines, chronic cough, or ANY COMMON COLD??)
It feels AMAZING!!
How close are you to achieving your 2013 goals??

I think we are both going to meet our goals together by the end of year!!! I have 2 pounds to go and I feel that it's very doable. I am very excited, even if I just miss it by a couple points I am very proud of the work I did and you should be too!

WooHoo!! That is Awesome!! It's great to set goals, no matter how small, but when we see them come into reality it puts everything into perspective!
