On the bright side, I am maintaining at least. lol But I REALLY need to be losing! uggh I think I have been doing better with recording my food these last couple of months. I definitely fell off track in that department for a little while. It's keeping my eyes open as to how much I am eating but apparently it's not preventing me entirely from eating nonsense. It's tough and as proud as I was of how healthy I was eating about 6-7 months ago is just how much I am ashamed of myself now. =( It came so easily before....dont know what happened. I reeeeally need to focus. That's something else I will admit...I haven't lost the perspective but I think I've been more lazy with my diet than necessary.
